Harbourside Apartments is right on the seafront adjacent to the pier. The ferry terminal is a 2 minute walk away. The red star in the diagram below shows our position. We are to your left as you walk or drive off the ferry.
	Bute is one of the most accessible islands in Scotland. There are 2 ferry routes to the island. The main ferry arrives at Rothesay pier from Wemyss Bay on the mainland. The service runs every 45mins throughout the day and the crossing time is approximately 35mins. Trains from Glasgow Central station run right to ferry terminus at Wemyss Bay. The alternative route is the 300 metre crossing from Colintraive to Rhubodach at the north end of the
